The hotel is in a convenient location in the heart of Pigeon Forge, close to all attractions. The rooms are always clean but were a disappointment with a bad smell in the lobby. The service is amazing and the staff is courteous, professional, and informative. The dining experience offers a wide variety of hot and cold foods, but we ended up not eating breakfast there due to the unpleasant smell. Overall, it's a great spot to stay with minor room issues.

Wow, the hotel was an unexpected gem! The rooms were so clean and smelled absolutely great, making it a delightful experience with everyone in one place. However, we did have some noisy neighbors until 2 am. The hotel staff were super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The location was peaceful, slightly tricky to find at first but still super close to all the activities in Pigeon Forge. The dining experience was good with a variety of breakfast options but nothing extraordinary. The facilities were well-kept and convenient.
